Job Title: System Support Account Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a System Support Account Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has experience in systems support, operations, or account management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and maintaining internal systems for new and existing client accounts, developing and refining internal workflows to improve operational efficiency, and collaborating closely with client-facing Account Managers to support account delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Configuration and Maintenance: Configure and maintain internal systems for new and existing client accounts, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and document internal workflows to improve operational efficiency, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing process improvements.
  • Data Accuracy and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records across systems, performing regular data audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with client-facing Account Managers to support account delivery, providing timely and effective communication to ensure seamless client experiences.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in systems support, operations, or account management, with a strong track record of delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Skills: Strong process management and optimization skills, with expertise in standard IT tools (e.g., CRMs, Excel, collaboration platforms, databases).
  • Aptitude: Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, with excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of the commercial property sector or a strong willingness to learn.
