Remote Accounting Specialist

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to manage our financial records using QuickBooks Online and Desktop.
About the Role- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including recording and categorizing expenses, income, and other financial transactions.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support business decision-making.
- Prepare financial documentation for audits and tax filings to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Process payroll and ensure adherence to tax regulations.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Desktop is required.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with payroll processing and tax reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
