We're seeking an innovative and skilled Toy Product Developer to design and develop engaging toy products for kids' meals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and develop creative, age-appropriate toy concepts aligned with current themes and brand objectives.
  • Design detailed sketches and prototypes using industry-standard tools.
  • Conduct user research and testing to gather valuable insights.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international toy safety standards.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure feasibility and quality.
  • Integrate toy designs with promotional campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in toy design and children's entertainment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or a related field.
  • Proven experience in toy or product design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design process and final products.
  • Proficient in 2D and 3D design software.
  • Understanding of child psychology and developmental appropriateness.
  • Knowledge of toy materials and prototyping processes.
  • Familiarity with toy safety standards and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Rhino.
  • Experience working on freelance or project-based projects.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
