Seeking an experienced senior web designer to lead our in-house design team.

The ideal candidate must live and breathe web design, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and core principles. They should be well-versed in design tools, such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Figma, and Webflow, and have a strong understanding of software development, including CSS, JavaScript, and HTML5.

Key Responsibilities

Design, maintain, and continuously improve our various websites and landing pages. Collaborate with marketers, developers, illustrators, and copywriters to develop a cohesive online presence.

Apply creativity and a collaborative spirit to help other departments achieve their goals.

Create engaging ad hoc social media graphics.

Stay updated on company products and web design trends.

Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in a design environment, preferably in web design.
  • Deep understanding of design and website building software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines.
  • Able to work independently in a remote working arrangement with team members across time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of coding for web is a plus (CSS, JavaScript, HTML5, etc).
  • Understanding of Blockchain technology and Web3.
  • Knowledge of Hubspot integrations (form creation, etc).
  • Animation and 3D software knowledge.
