Product Development Role

As a Product Developer, you will be involved in the entire product development process. This includes working across multiple functions to transform initial concepts into viable commercial products.

This role is ideal for individuals who have end-to-end experience from ideation, validation, sourcing, sample validation, quality inspection and mass production.

  • You will work closely with the Product Lead to identify development needs within our existing product range – from new variations and design updates to running change improvements.
  • Conduct market research to identify and evaluate new product ideas with a customer-centric approach to validate the ideas.

Key skills required include project management experience, highly organized individuals with strong attention to detail, self-directed and proactive problem solvers.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of Western consumer markets for product decisions and excellent communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Transform initial concepts into viable commercial products.
  • Work closely with the Product Lead to identify development needs.
  • Conduct market research to evaluate new product ideas.
  • Manage project timelines and keep stakeholders updated.
  • Review performance of launches and track success metrics.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a product development role.
  • 1-2 years of project management experience.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-directed, proactive, and motivated individual.
  • Good understanding of Western consumer markets.
  • Excellent communication skills.
