Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio and be proficient in digital design principles, including user-centered design, responsive design, and web standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and designing consistent and effective digital marketing assets across multiple markets, brands, and categories of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing digital storyboards and animation as needed;
  • Leveraging conceptual thinking to forge and execute exciting digital ideas;
  • Delivering assets across organic/paid social, CRM and display for both static and video digital placements;
  • Managing/prioritizing the workflow of incoming requests and executing projects from concept to final product against tight deadlines;
  • Delegating tasks and providing feedback to team members to ensure high-quality digital design work;

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A BA degree or equivalent;
  • 6+ years experience at a creative/branding agency or design-led consumer brand;
  • A strong portfolio credible in digital design;
  • Solid knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail;
  • Efficient, organized, able to prioritize workload and work under tight deadlines;
  • Conceptual thinking and strong creative instincts with willingness to experiment;
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams;
  • Great communicator and highly collaborative, driven by creative excellence;
