Job Description:
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to client inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Provide detailed information regarding products and services.
  • Resolve client complaints with empathy and poise.
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow established communication scripts and standard operating procedures.
Responsibilities:
  1. Operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer.
  2. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
  • Prior customer service or call center experience preferred.
