Estate Engineer

This is a key role in the estate management department. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving the overall condition of the estate.

The Estate Engineer plays a critical part in ensuring that common areas are safe, functional, and well-maintained. This involves working closely with residents, contractors, and management to support the smooth operation of the estate.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Coordinate repair and improvement works with service providers and contractors to minimize downtime and optimize results.
  • Assist in reviewing and approving renovation or construction requests to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Monitor ongoing projects to guarantee they meet performance and safety expectations.
  • Respond promptly to technical concerns raised by customers and provide timely solutions to resolve issues.
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to estate management to inform decision-making.
Requirements
  • Graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering course
  • Preferably a licensed Engineer with experience in property management or facilities maintenance.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to interact with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to changing priorities.

This is an entry-level position requiring a proactive approach to delivering exceptional results.
