About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Management: Manage various properties using AppFolio, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing of invoices.
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements to inform business decisions.
  • Accounts Management: Process accounts payable/receivable, handle tenant billing, and maintain records accurately.
  • Budgeting Support: Assist with budget preparation and forecasting efforts, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
  • Tax Compliance: Stay updated with tax laws and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
