Job Title: Real Estate Financial Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced financial specialist with expertise in real estate accounting and QuickBooks online. This role involves managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Management: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for real estate properties, adhering to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Financial Closing Processes: Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting regulations.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements to ensure proper recording of transactions and prevent discrepancies.
  • Financial Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the financial performance of real estate assets to inform business decisions.
  • Tax Compliance: Assist with the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate accounting.
  • Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks software and other accounting tools, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
