Remote positions are available for skilled estimators seeking a challenging role. As an estimator, you will be responsible for taking accurate measurements from drawings, managing requests for proposals (RFPs), assembling detailed estimates, and ensuring all updates based on revised drawings are incorporated accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct takeoffs based on received drawings to ensure accurate measurements.
  • Send out and track RFPs to ensure timely responses from vendors.
  • Assemble full estimates for each project with precision and accuracy.
  • Incorporate updates and changes based on revised drawings in a timely manner.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality work standards.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure project requirements are met and deliverables are completed on time.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an estimator or in a similar role with a strong track record of success.
  • Proficiency in handling multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively manage team members and stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management tools to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
