Job Description

The Plumbing Takeoff Specialist plays a key role in project estimation by meticulously analyzing drawings, conducting takeoffs, and creating detailed cost proposals. This position requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication to ensure precise calculations and efficient project execution.

  • Conduct accurate takeoffs from plumbing drawings to determine material quantities and labor costs
  • Review all project documents and drawings to assess factors impacting the scope of work
  • Obtain vendor pricing for materials and supplies to guarantee cost accuracy
  • Input takeoff data and create detailed proposals using provided templates
  • Ensure timely submission of projects while maintaining attention to detail
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience in plumbing takeoffs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and proposal preparation
  • Hands-on experience with digital takeoff software for markup processes
  • Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
