Talent Acquisition Manager

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and drive business growth. This highly specialized role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership and communication skills.

The successful candidate will oversee the entire talent acquisition process, from requisition creation to offer letter issuance, while developing and implementing scalable, inclusive, and industry-aligned recruitment strategies.

  • Lead and manage a team of talent acquisition specialists and recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless execution of recruitment campaigns.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of recruitment metrics, applicant tracking systems, and HR best practices. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, along with at least 5 years of progressive experience in recruitment/talent acquisition and 2 years of supervisory/management experience.
