Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at TASQ Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Qualifications

Educational Background:

  • College Graduate (with or without experience)
  • Senior High School Graduate
  • Completed at least 2 years of college (4 semesters with no back subjects for HS OLD curriculum graduates)

Experience Requirements:

  • For All Educational Attainments: 18 months of BPO experience in Travel, Telco, or Technical Support (or a combination of these) is a mandatory requirement.
  • For Senior High School Graduates or those who completed 2 years in college (4 semesters with no back subjects): At least 6 months of call center experience.
  • For Sales Roles: At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets.
