Job Description

A strategic Lead Data Analyst is sought to drive business growth through data-informed decision-making. The successful candidate will transform raw data into actionable insights, shaping the future of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and maintain reporting across key business functions.
  • Collaborate with senior management to support strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines, including scripts, queries, and ETL flows.
  • Design and implement scalable data architecture and processes for collection, cleansing, storage, and transformation.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of a centralised data warehouse aligned with evolving business needs.
  • Present analytical findings through clear reports, presentations, and visualisations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in corporate, consulting, or startup environments.
  • Critical and strategic thinker with ability to synthesise large datasets.
  • Highly proficient in Power BI, SQL, and Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based data warehouses such as Google BigQuery, AWS, or Azure.
  • Commercially minded with ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
