Job Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us make data-driven decisions and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and be able to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data from various sources. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
  • Pull data from multiple data sources, clean, and process raw data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other visualizations to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Informatics, Econometrics, Computer/Data Science, Information Management, or Statistics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable parts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark is a plus.
