JOB TITLE: Online Marketing Manager

DEPARTMENT: Brand and Marketing

We're looking for a digital-savvy storyteller who can turn clicks into customers and campaigns into conversions. As our Online Marketing Manager, you'll own our web, e-commerce, email, and paid media strategies — making sure every post, ad, and pixel works hard to keep Sunnies ahead of the game.

Your Overall Mission & Day-to-Day

Web, Ecomm & Email

  • Lead strategy for all online touchpoints

  • Keep campaigns on-brand, on-calendar, and on-point

  • Drive site traffic and hit online sales targets

Campaigns & Paid Media

  • Plan and launch high-impact campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok

  • Manage promos, seasonal sales, and marketplace pushes (Shopee, Lazada)

  • Always test, tweak, and improve for better ROI

Performance & Insights

  • Track what's working, fix what's not

  • Use data to guide next steps

  • Spot trends before they peak

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work with brand, content, and creative teams for seamless rollouts

  • Guide junior members and share digital best practices

  • Keep everyone aligned and moving toward the same goals

Your Talent

  • 4+ years in digital or performance marketing

  • Solid experience in Meta, Google, and TikTok ads

  • Skilled in managing budgets, KPIs, and creative optimizations

  • Strong with data tools like Google Analytics

  • Organized, collaborative, and proactive

  • Bonus: experience in retail, beauty, or lifestyle
