
Chat Support Specialist

We are seeking proactive and service-oriented individuals for full-time live chat customer support positions.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and helpful information about products, services, and company policies.
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step instructions to resolve them.
- Evaluate and escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior support staff or supervisors.
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of products, services, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers. Proactively identify and address customer concerns or issues to prevent potential escalation.
Responsibilities:- Become an expert on our product line, handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Establish positive relationships with customers by using effective communication and empathy.
- Record and analyze customer interactions, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other customer support team members and departments for seamless customer experiences.
- Stay updated with product updates, promotions, and industry trends.
- Enhance skills through training sessions and self-education.
- Achieve performance indicators such as response time, customer satisfaction, and first-contact resolution rate.
- 2 years of LIVE CHAT customer support experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
- Familiarity with help desk software and remote support tools.
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- Availability to start immediately.
- At least 1 year of experience as Team Leader/Supervisor, SME, Amazon CSR, Quality Analyst.
- Work-from-home equipment ownership.
