Customer Support Representative

We are seeking proactive and service-oriented individuals for full-time live chat customer support positions.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step instructions to resolve them.
  • Evaluate and escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior support staff or supervisors.
About the Role

Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of products, services, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers. Proactively identify and address customer concerns or issues to prevent potential escalation.

Responsibilities:
  1. Become an expert on our product line, handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  2. Establish positive relationships with customers by using effective communication and empathy.
  3. Record and analyze customer interactions, identifying areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with other customer support team members and departments for seamless customer experiences.
  5. Stay updated with product updates, promotions, and industry trends.
  6. Enhance skills through training sessions and self-education.
  7. Achieve performance indicators such as response time, customer satisfaction, and first-contact resolution rate.
Requirements
  • 2 years of LIVE CHAT customer support experience.
  • Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
  • Familiarity with help desk software and remote support tools.
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Availability to start immediately.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience as Team Leader/Supervisor, SME, Amazon CSR, Quality Analyst.
  • Work-from-home equipment ownership.
