Job Description:

We're seeking a highly skilled HubSpot expert to join our delivery team as a technical lead. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy taking ownership of complex CRM and automation projects within the HubSpot suite. You'll be responsible for guiding clients through process-first thinking, helping structure and scale their go-to-market strategies inside HubSpot, and building smart, effective systems across all Hubs.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of HubSpot CRM and GTM architecture for multiple clients.
  • Create technical designs using Lucidchart or Miro that translate business needs into actionable solutions.
  • Build and optimize HubSpot assets like workflows, pipelines, custom properties, lists, reports, sequences, and automations.
  • Perform thorough end-to-end testing and quality assurance to ensure seamless system performance.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify root problems and recommend strategic CRM solutions during working sessions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest HubSpot features and suggest new ideas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams throughout agile sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience across the full HubSpot suite.
  • Proven success delivering complex CRM and automation projects within HubSpot.
  • Strong expertise in workflow automation, pipeline setup, lead lifecycle design, reporting, and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot APIs and basic integration techniques.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methods, sprint planning, and client delivery workflows.
  • Proficiency in system mapping tools like Lucidchart or Miro.
  • Excellent English communication skills—confident in presenting and leading sessions.
  • High attention to documentation, QA, and testing.
  • Proactive and takes ownership of work.
  • Business-minded and eager to solve real-world problems, not just technical tasks.
