Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of HubSpot Owner.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of HubSpot, including CRM, Marketing, and Sales Hubs.
  • Design, implement, and maintain the entire GTM infrastructure – lifecycle stages, lead scoring, campaign tracking, and custom fields.
  • To identify operational gaps, propose strategic solutions, and execute them effectively.
Core Qualifications:
  • At least 4 years of experience in HubSpot ownership in a growth-stage B2B SaaS environment.
  • Advanced skills in automation, reporting, and integrations.
  • A strong operational mindset with the ability to design scalable systems and explain them to non-technical teams.
  • A self-starter, strategic thinker, and execution-focused individual.
Familiarity with Tools:
  • Webflow.
  • Google Analytics.
  • LinkedIn.
  • Business Intelligence tools.
What You Need:
  • HubSpot Certifications (required).
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
