Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and confidence in infrastructure delivery.
  • Serve as a coach in a player-coach model, empowering team members to upskill and advance their careers.
  • Establish and maintain relationships between cloud infrastructure teams and other practice areas.
Project Delivery Support
  • Assume technical delivery oversight with strong consultative skills on multiple client engagements.
  • Collaborate with the Delivery Excellence team to ensure project milestones align with a comprehensive project plan.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Cloud Infrastructure solutions and their implementation using IaC (Bicep or Terraform).
  • Contribute to the delivery team's success by breaking through project blockers and driving billable targets.
  • Facilitate change orders and project extensions when necessary.
  • Ensure alignment across technical mesh points between other 3Cloud practice areas.
  • Stay current with the latest technologies impacting existing 3Cloud offerings.
Business Development Leadership
  • Gain exposure to other 3Cloud offerings to position them in existing infrastructure engagements.
  • Identify new Cloud Infrastructure & Security solution opportunities and raise awareness about them.
  • Lead and guide the infrastructure offerings committees, defining standard offerings for our practice.
