Our team is looking for a skilled Recruitment Marketing Supervisor to lead our talent attraction functions and team. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sourcing plans to attract top talent.

Job Description

In this role, you will oversee the management of a remote team of marketing specialists, aligning your work hours with the USA/Canada workforce. Your primary objective will be to create innovative talent attraction strategies that drive results and maximize ROI.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will collaborate closely with internal teams such as social media, talent acquisition delivery, and operations to ensure seamless execution of hiring initiatives.

You will also report directly to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Marketing and work in partnership with various vendors and stakeholders to achieve common goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing plans to meet business objectives.
  • Manage a team of marketing specialists, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective talent attraction strategies.
  • Work closely with vendor partners to optimize budgets and maximize applicant flow.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate marketing program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of US/Canada talent market trends and sourcing channels.
  • Ability to manage a remote team and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience managing budgets and utilizing advanced Excel skills.
  • Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a consultative mindset.
