About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Client Experience Coordinator to enhance our customer relationships and drive business growth. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills who wants to build a career in client success.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging product presentations and training sessions for clients.
- Support seamless onboarding and ensure smooth product adoption.
- Act as a key liaison between our organization and clients, ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Manage client interactions, updates, and pipelines in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align solutions with customer needs.
- Collect client feedback and provide insights to internal teams for product enhancements.
- Monitor and report on customer success metrics, adoption rates, and overall account health.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in client success, relationship management, or pre-sales roles (internships considered).
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to confidently deliver online product demos and training sessions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (or similar marketing automation tools).
- Tech-savvy, quick learner, and detail-oriented.
- Analytical skills to understand client needs and identify opportunities for value addition.
- Proactive, customer-focused mindset with eagerness to grow in the SaaS industry.
