Expert Client Coordinator

You will play a pivotal role in driving client success and internal operations, helping projects from start to finish with excellence.
- Act as the primary contact for existing clients—handling requests, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Coordinate scheduling by relaying service requests and confirming details with clients.
- Prepare and format proposals for turnover and renovation services, securing approvals from leadership.
- Track project status and provide timely, accurate updates to clients.
- Maintain records of POs, invoices, and scheduling in platforms like BuilderTrend.
- Document workflows (daily, monthly, annual) to support onboarding and standardization.
- Complete recurring tasks such as weekly emails consistently and on schedule.
- Support business growth through light outreach, with room to grow into a sales role if interested.
Be an essential part of a close-knit team that collaborates daily to maintain high standards of execution and client satisfaction. You'll interact with leadership, scheduling staff, and external clients to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.

- General work experience required; background in account management or sales is a plus.
