Director, Gender Equality Job Description

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Director to lead our Gender Equality Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership in all aspects of gender equality operations.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development, implementation, and reporting of achievements against the Gender Equality Division's annual work plan.
  • Provide strategic advice on gender equality and partner with clients to deliver results.
  • Ensure high standards are consistently applied to operational gender mainstreaming.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in gender and development or related field.
  • At least 15 years' relevant professional experience, including international GAD work experience at programmatic and policy levels.
  • Proven ability to act as a trusted, strategic advisor on gender equality.
