As a member of the recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting top talent to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong network of professionals and be able to source, screen, and evaluate candidates effectively.

  • Conduct thorough research and market analysis to identify potential candidates who meet our organization's requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of professionals through various channels, including industry events and referrals.
  • Proactively source, screen, and evaluate candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for our organization.
  • Engage with candidates through proactive outreach, networking events, and interviews to build relationships and promote our organization as an employer of choice.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their talent needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including conducting initial interviews, coordinating and facilitating interviews with hiring managers, and managing offer negotiations.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and maintaining open lines of communication.
