Expert Sourcing Professional

This is a unique opportunity to connect institutional investors and consultants with industry experts, driving insightful business decisions in a dynamic environment.

Job Description
  • Understand client research interests and select qualified experts to support their needs.
  • Conduct industry research and formulate sourcing strategies to deliver qualified consultants, experts, and advisors.
  • Manage entire project scopes, including expert identification, communication, and client interaction.
  • Develop screening criteria and questions for expert selection.
  • Negotiate and settle expert consultation rates independently.
  • Arrange and facilitate expert consultations using tools such as LinkedIn, email, and phone.
  • Communicate and manage international, cross-office projects with Key Opinion Leaders, C-level executives, and subject matter experts.
  • Collaborate with team members to assist clients and build trust through high-quality recruitment of industry executives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from a strong university with strong academic performance.
  • 0-6 years of experience in sales, recruiting, contact center, appointment setting, or lead generation with North American stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated and success-driven individual comfortable in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to support the US EST time zone with excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Effective time-management skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Confidence in representing the company to experts.
  • Experience with lead-sourcing/research techniques using LinkedIn and Boolean search strings is a plus.
