What will you be doing?Specialists take on a more active role, conducting in-depth market research, analysing data, and presenting findings. They contribute to the development of market reports and presentations, often working independently on specific projects. Specialists have a strong understanding of market intelligence methodologies and are comfortable communicating complex insights to stakeholders.
Key Activities- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify key trends and developments in the recruitment industry.
- Utilise various tools and resources to gather data and information on candidate behaviour, market demands, and competitor strategies.
- Collaborate with the senior team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies based on market insights.
- Support the senior team in various projects and initiatives, utilising your market insights to drive success.
- Sourcing for talent pool (when necessary) and providing insight into the talent market landscape
- Keep track of industry news and updates to stay ahead of the curve and provide proactive recommendations.
- Take on solo tasks and projects, showcasing your ability to work independently and deliver exceptional results.
- Join the intake/job briefing to understand internal and external customer needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry experts and thought leaders to stay informed and gain valuable insights.
- Stay up to date on industry best practices and trends, and share this knowledge with the team to enhance our recruitment efforts.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in executive administration or a secretarial role.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint with strong attention to detail; formatting and presentation skills are a plus.
- Background in market research and data analysis, preferably within the recruitment industry, is an advantage.
- Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
