ServiceNow Expert Opportunity

Establish a forward-thinking vision for the ServiceNow product area, ensuring high-quality technical delivery and driving modernization.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow, ITSM processes, CSDM model, CMDB, Flow Designer, Automated Test Framework (ATF), Catalog Development/Deployment End-to-End, API testing, deployment, and integration. They will also have experience collaborating with multiple product teams, communicating across stakeholders, and working as a team player.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical solutions and guidance on ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, ITAM, integrations, and CSDM.
  • Identify improvement and innovation opportunities on CMDB architecture, including data models, relationships, and attributes.
  • Design, define, and enforce CMDB governance policies, standards, and procedures for data quality, access control, lifecycle management, and audit compliance.
  • Collaborate with the product management team to create and maintain CMDB, Discovery & ITAM roadmap.
  • Train and mentor other team members on the ServiceNow Platform with a strong focus on the Platform, CMDB, Discovery, ITAM, and CSDM.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and customization.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment.
