Our company seeks a skilled professional to support, enhance, and optimize ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.

This role will focus on delivering managed services such as incident resolution, service requests, and platform maintenance while ensuring efficiency, reliability, and alignment with business goals.

  • Provide day-to-day support across ServiceNow modules, including incident, problem, and change management.
  • Design, configure, and implement enhancements to workflows, forms, and reports using ServiceNow's out-of-the-box features.
  • Fulfill service requests through self-service portals and automation tools.
  • Perform routine platform maintenance, including cloning, patch management, and bi-annual upgrades.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot integrations with enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with IT, business, and vendor teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver training.
  • Drive continuous improvement by adopting ServiceNow advancements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in ServiceNow administration, development, or architecture.
  • Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow modules.
  • Experience in incident resolution, request fulfillment, cloning, patch management, and platform upgrades in enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request Management).

Technical Skills

  • Strong experience with integrations.
  • Skilled in automation using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
