Eucalyptus, a collective of digital healthcare clinics, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their team.

About the Role (What You'll Be Doing)

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide medical support to patients with a range of conditions, primarily via email. This includes triaging, assessing, and supporting patients; evaluating the severity of medical side effects and enquiries, providing appropriate assistance and information, and escalating as needed.

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Providing timely and accurate responses to patients, delivering medical information and advice while adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • Maintaining patient safety by taking necessary precautions when addressing medical concerns and side effects.
  • Initiating communication based on tracker information, monitoring patient progress through tracking data and reaching out to patients to support treatment adherence.

Sharing Insights with the Clinical Services Team

  • Share patient feedback or insights from patients regarding their experiences and suggestions for improvement.
About You (Who You Are)
  • A Registered Nurse with 2+ years post-registration experience.
  • Excellent writing skills, able to communicate clearly, concisely, and in a patient-friendly manner via email.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with team members and adapting to interruptions and workload changes.
  • Task-oriented with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to processes.
  • Will work a late mid-shift schedule between 2 PM - 1 AM or 6 PM - 3 AM Manila time, with no fixed weekend off.
Bonus Points
  • Triaging experience in a clinic or emergency setting.
  • Previous tele-health experience.
  • Passion for weight loss, skincare, sexual health or fertility.
