Therapeutic Franchise Lead


We are seeking an experienced Therapeutic Franchise Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategies to support new business proposals and driving the sale of contracted work in clinical trials.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational strategy and experience in leading cross-functional teams. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to support new business proposals and drive the sale of contracted work in clinical trials.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes that benefit the organization.

Requirements
  • 10 years of experience in clinical research operations, including 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
  • Strong business acumen, with knowledge of financial considerations and negotiation techniques.
