Medical Consultancy Position

Clinical professionals with expertise in medical expense management are required to advise leadership on improvement opportunities.

  • Provides strategic guidance to senior level professional staff and managers.
  • Focuses on operational or local business unit or market level impact.
  • Owning end-to-end processes is essential.
  • Develops functional, market level, and/or site strategy, plans, production, and organizational priorities.
  • Identifies and resolves technical, operational, and organizational problems outside own team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership to and accountability for the performance of managers and/or senior level professional staff.
  • Impact at the operational or local business unit or market level.
Requirements
  • Ideal candidate should have a minimum experience of 5 years, with clinical practice of 3 to 5 years post-residency, medical licensure is mandatory and board certification is preferred.
  • Preferably internist, family physician, or emergency doctor.
  • Clinical experience: familiar with critical reviewing of medical charts, ability to synthesize and present clinical information in a structured way, strong fundamental knowledge of hospital medicine and outpatient medicine.
  • Critical thinking and judgement: willingness and ability to learn new skills form a key requirement for this role, good to have any previous exposure to persuasive writing skills.
  • Work setup: willing to work onsite; night shift.
