Product Development Leader

As a Product Development Leader, you play a pivotal role in driving product development from inception to delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product aligns with strategic objectives, while fostering innovation and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to align product strategy with overall business goals.
  • Create and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and customer needs.
  • Analyze customer feedback and user data to identify product solutions and opportunities for improvement.
  • Strategize and present product development ideas to stakeholders, as well as proactively update them on progress.
  • Define product specifications and user stories, working closely with engineering and business teams to ensure clear understanding.
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks based on changing requirements.
  • Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize product performance and user engagement.
  • Improve the product delivery process by embracing agile principles and methodologies.
  • Develop and mentor other product leaders and team members to enhance product management skills.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the product, tracking metrics to measure success and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (or similar role)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong project management skills, prioritizing tasks and delivering products on time.
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes.
  • Background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones.
  • High proficiency in prototyping and growth-focused development.
  • Understanding of UX principles and psychology.
