Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Product Manager to support the development and lifecycle management of our Air Conditioner product line. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, sales, and supply chain to ensure successful product planning, execution, and go-to-market strategies. Your insights and analytical skills will help shape future product decisions and enhance our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Product Manager in the development and execution of product roadmaps, strategies, and business plans.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for product improvement.
  • Assist in defining product requirements and specifications based on customer feedback, market research, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with R&D, design, and manufacturing teams to ensure product development milestones are met.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance (sales, margins, market share) and recommend actions for improvement.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market plans, promotional materials, and product training.
  • Assist in pricing strategy, cost analysis, and profitability tracking.
  • Help manage product lifecycle from launch to phase-out, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Support customer feedback channels and help address product-related issues or inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer electronics, home appliances, or HVAC industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with product management or data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of air conditioning systems or HVAC products is a strong advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php45,000.00 per month
