Product Listing Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to manage product listings, maintain accurate data in spreadsheets, and ensure smooth operations on our marketplace store.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, tracking inventory, and assisting with other administrative tasks related to e-commerce operations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and update product listings on our marketplace.
  • Ensure all product data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • Organize and maintain product inventories in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Optimize product listings to improve visibility and sales.
  • Handle basic e-commerce management tasks, including order tracking, updating product information, and responding to inquiries.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management to avoid any out-of-stock situations.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets to manage and analyze data.
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms, especially marketplaces.
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Benefits

This role offers a mid-senior level position with full-time employment in the Sales and Business Development department within the Technology industry.

Job hours are Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM and Friday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM.
