Sales Role:
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for visiting daily all branch assignments and checking Point of Purchase (POP) materials and merchandising. He/She must talk to the branch manager to know all concerns about Yamaha product.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve daily sales targets through effective selling techniques.
- Accomplish Outlet Visit Report (OVR) and Daily Activity Report (DAR) for monitoring reference.
- Check the account grid and budget per marketing activity if appropriately implemented.
- Encode all concerns in each branch and study market segments within the area of responsibility.
- Collate the activity result and evaluate its effectiveness.
- Compute monthly target through account grid and report to management.
- Check the status of company vehicle and equipment for maintenance and repair.
- Check the status of market strategies and competitors' promotions.
- Submit travel requests for sales activities and company events.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- With related work experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Knows how to drive, with valid driver's license.
- Willing to be assigned in fieldwork.
- Willing to travel and work on weekends and holidays if necessary.
- Ready to be assigned and do fieldwork in different areas in Luzon.
