Job Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Support team in case management, escalation, and resolution.
  • Ensure the team meets departmental objectives efficiently.
  • Manage POD performance dashboards.
  • Assist with scheduling coverage and participate in daily POD meetings.
  • Train engineers on specific clients and industries.
  • Triage cases and guide team members on PagerDuty best practices.
  • Contribute to POD Manager Escalation numbers and attend handoff meetings.
  • Coordinate interdepartmental communications and escalations through POD Teams Channels.
  • Collaborate with Service Delivery Managers for Thrive standards compliance.
  • Provide weekly summary reports and assist in creating knowledge base articles.
  • Regularly review team member competencies and uphold procedural requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • 1-3 years of managerial experience, preferably in call centers or managed services.
  • Technical expertise in MSP products relevant to Thrive's service catalog.
  • Experience managing complex projects, clients, partners, and teams.
  • ITIL certification and practice preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage remote resources.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
