Job Description

We are seeking a driven sales professional to drive business growth by establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and promoting our products and services.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify dormant accounts, transform cold leads into customers, and assist the sales team in setting up new accounts.
  • Monitor Salesforce data issues, automate customer processes, and track account setup.
  • Qualify new customers, manage the account process from quote request to setup, and minimize friction for new customers.
  • Prepare detailed reports, QBR data, and PowerPoint presentations for customer meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven inside sales experience or similar role with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software with the ability to learn about the transportation sales industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Exceptional organization skills with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and manage complex projects with ease.
