About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Solutions Architect to join our team in APJ. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to design and deliver solutions that are scalable, secure, and aligned to client needs — always with a focus on performance and value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with potential clients, providing strategic business and technical guidance on implementing Degreed solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on integrations, configurations, and product capabilities.
  • Support Sales by answering technical questions and handling solution presentations.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions showcasing Degreed's capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify and qualify new business opportunities, offering technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.
  • Assist in creating use cases, statements of work, and RFP responses.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Engineering, and Client Experience teams to ensure seamless product delivery and long-term client success.
  • Conduct technical assessments and recommend improvements for existing systems and processes.
Requirements
  • Background in pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or SaaS architecture.
  • Solid experience with cloud computing, integration technologies, and security protocols.
  • Experience engaging with clients and leading technical discussions.
  • Prior experience in HCM or L&D solutions is a plus.
