Overview

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our application architecture strategy. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will shape the architectural vision of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a long-term application architecture roadmap that aligns with enterprise goals.
  • Create architectural frameworks, standards, and guiding principles to ensure technical excellence.
  • Act as the key stakeholder for the Common Domain, identifying shared requirements and creating foundational systems that support other business domains.
  • Evaluate architectural decisions against broader enterprise and technology goals.
Technology Leadership
  • Make strategic decisions on technology stacks and design approaches to drive innovation.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies to maintain technical edge.
  • Govern architecture review processes and lifecycle standards to ensure consistency.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Partner with executives, engineering, product, infrastructure, and security teams to drive solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into high-performing, scalable solutions that meet stakeholder needs.
  • Communicate architecture strategies effectively across stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Team Leadership and Development
  • Mentor and guide the architecture team to foster professional growth and development.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Align team resources with organizational priorities and key projects to maximize impact.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software architecture; 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in enterprise-scale application design and architectural governance.
  • Strong knowledge of patterns like microservices, event-driven architecture, and domain-driven design.
  • Solid experience with cloud platforms (especially Azure; AWS/GCP a plus).
  • TOGAF or similar certification preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in system integration, API design, and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile and digital transformation practices.
