As a systems architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable systems that meet the needs of our business. This role requires a strong technical expertise as well as leadership skills to guide a team of engineers.

About the Role

This position involves driving architectural decisions, optimizing systems, and leading delivery of secure, scalable, and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop technical architecture for AI agent platforms.
  • Mentor and guide engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align architecture with business goals.
Hands-On Development
  • Design and optimize front-end and back-end systems using Next.js 14+, Node.js, JSON, and Axios APIs.
  • Implement automation workflows using N8N and integrate vector stores/databases.
  • Develop and maintain secure local and remote deployments.
Infrastructure & Deployment
  • Manage deployments using Docker, Docker Compose, and hypervisors.
  • Oversee Linux-based development environments, including scripting, automation, and performance optimization.
  • Implement security protocols to protect against potential threats.
Security & Networking
  • Architect and secure local networks and deployment environments.
  • Contribute to security discussions as the company scales to larger customers.
  • Work across projects balancing optimization of existing systems with rollout of new features.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven expertise in AI automation and workflow orchestration.
  • Advanced experience with Next.js 14+, Node.js, JSON, Axios API.
  • Strong infrastructure background with Docker/Docker Compose, Linux-based development.
  • Hands-on experience with local networks, system security, and architecture design.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Enterprise-grade security architecture experience.
  • Familiarity with large language models and AI agent frameworks.
