Freight Operations Coordinator Role

Description

This is a critical position responsible for ensuring timely and accurate shipment movements. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to react quickly while maintaining focus and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer shipments from PO raised to delivery, resolving exceptions as necessary.
  • Execute end-to-end movement of customer products through various transportation modes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations at origin and destination.
  • Monitor and maintain high-quality shipment and data metrics.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
