
Email Chat Support Specialist

This role involves providing exceptional support to offshore clients via email and chat channels, handling interactions with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
- Key responsibilities include responding to customers in a courteous, timely, and professional manner, understanding customer needs, resolving inquiries, and ensuring first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- You will also research systems to retrieve or update information, collaborate with other departments as needed, follow client processes, scripts, and policies while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
- Training resources and knowledge bases will be used to provide accurate responses, handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately, escalate complex issues to supervisors or managers when required, and attend training sessions to stay current on program knowledge and system changes.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with strong English reading, writing, and communication skills.
- Minimum of 6 months of email/chat customer support experience is preferred, with a typing speed of 40+ WPM and excellent comprehension and grammar.
- Proficiency with Windows applications and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite are essential, as well as the ability to quickly learn new systems and software.
- Team-oriented, customer-focused, and empathetic individuals who can maintain a consistent schedule and work shifts, weekends, and holidays are ideal candidates for this role.
The starting compensation for this position is based on experience, and a variety of benefits and incentives are provided to support and reward team members.
Other Requirements and Conditions- A valid authorization to work in the country where the job is based is required, as well as the willingness to submit to up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint.
