Job Opportunity: Email Solutions Specialist

About this role:

The Email Solutions Specialist Coordinator assists an Account Manager in various duties, including email campaign organization and marketing strategy development.

As an Email Solutions Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for clients using leading platforms for email marketing, transactional messaging, and deliverability optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in setting up and optimizing email campaigns.
  • Provide guidance on email deliverability best practices.
  • Troubleshoot email-related issues.
  • Educate customers on email compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to improve platform features.
  • Create and manage visual email automation workflows.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation.
  • Monitor email performance metrics and recommend strategies to improve engagement and deliverability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in email operations or a related role at a SaaS company or digital agency.
  • Strong understanding of IP management and sender reputation.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and SMTP relay services.
  • Experience troubleshooting email deliverability issues.
  • Knowledge of email compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with customer support, product, and development teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with email analytics tools.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with API integrations related to email services.
  • Spanish speaking - a plus.
