Job Description

At RVS Cargo Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Executive Secretary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining schedules for executives and ensuring seamless travel arrangements
  • Handling confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity
  • Coordinating meetings, events, and conferences with precision and attention to detail
  • Taking dictation, writing correspondence, and generating reports with accuracy and efficiency
  • Greeting visitors, answering telephone inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service
  • Ensuring office processes run smoothly by maintaining records, files, and databases
  • Operating and maintaining office equipment, attending meetings, and preserving accurate records
  • Communicating effectively between executives and employees, fostering a collaborative work environment

Required Skills and Qualifications
