**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of our operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate records and ledgers of financial transactions, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial data, minimizing errors and discrepancies.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed, contributing to a seamless workflow.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the efficient flow of financial information, promoting a culture of transparency and cooperation.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Financial Operations Specialist role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to maintain accurate financial records and prepare complex reports.
