This PositionYou'll be working within our Customer Experience team, gathering information from customers and ensuring their continued support after implementing our Payroll product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer tickets, calls and queries in a timely manner.
- Assisting and collaborating with the wider squad and support team to provide best practice system use and education.
- Analysing product functionality across the platform and testing to identify user error/system logic and root causes.
- Escalating issues related to bugs or product concerns as necessary.
- Working with customers across multiple channels to understand organisational workflow and how the platform can support them.

- 1-2 years experience in fast-paced customer service/support environments.
- Relevant Australian payroll experience.
- Prior exposure to customer experience within SaaS environments.
- Problem solving skills with a thorough approach to troubleshooting.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously.
