Job Overview

The role of Advertising Campaign Coordinator is critical in ensuring the timely execution and alignment of client strategies across multiple email and SMS marketing campaigns. This position demands strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to edit and optimize email templates while maintaining brand consistency.

This position requires effective collaboration with clients to understand their campaign objectives and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and managing advertising campaigns, collecting creative assets and specifications from clients, taking screenshots of ad placements for client approval, handling basic client creative requirements and troubleshooting, ensuring ads are properly displayed and functioning, making simple adjustments to creative assets as needed, documenting campaign setup with appropriate screenshots, and verifying ads meet technical specifications before launch.

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience managing advertising campaigns, creative, and ad trafficking systems, experience with ad-serving platforms and campaign management, technical proficiency in troubleshooting creative assets and sending push notifications, experience taking screenshots, adjusting image sizes, and creating mock-ups, superior written and verbal communication skills, and an ability to follow documented processes with attention to detail.
