Remote Talent Acquisition Marketing Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our North American talent attraction functions and team, aligning their shift and work hours to the USA/Canada workforce.

  • About the Role: This is a unique opportunity to blend business-to-consumer marketing with high-volume talent acquisition and recruitment.

In this role, you will manage a team that acts like an internal recruitment advertising agency. You'll build and execute talent attraction strategy, manage sourcing budgets, work closely with vendor partners and other internal teams to fulfill applicant flow and hiring needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create comprehensive sourcing plans and drive sourcing efforts to optimize budget and maximize applicant flow
  • Champion initiatives alongside the talent acquisition team to ensure awareness of upcoming associate hiring needs
  • Evaluate effectiveness of marketing programs using data results and maximize return on investment
  • Manage vendor relationships, including job boards, internet media, collateral providers, community partners, and staffing agencies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, Communications or related field
  • Strong knowledge of US/Canada talent market and sourcing channels
  • Creative and innovative talent attraction ideas
  • Ability to manage remote team and work onsite at least once a month
  • Proven problem-solving and data-based critical thinking skills
